PC Micro Store a reliable dealer for Socket 939 Winchester 3000+??

I am looking at buying a 3000+ Socket 939 Winchester from these guys, http://www.pcmicrostore.com/, and am curious if they're a reliable seller, as the price is awfully low for this processor ($116).

Well, the fact that they're out of stock makes me think that they're not going to steal your money. If they're willing to admit that they're out, and not leave you hanging for 2 months, the site comes across as semi-legit at least.
