patriot mem .. is it decent ?

i got 1 512 mb stick and i plan on getting a dfi board ( and 1 more 512 stick to make Dual channel)i here that they are pciky...... will this mem be ok?

only person i know w/ patriot is my buddy and he's been running it for a few months now (no overclocking yet) and it's working perfectly fine

I'm using a 1GB stick of PC2 6400 w/ a P5B-Deluxe and an E6400. The timings had to be tightened to 4-4-4-12, out of the bos they were 5-5-5-13.

I had the single stick running at 450Mhz / 2.15V at one point - stable.

I/m running the RAM at 406/2.05 now - Rock Solid.

This was my first esperience with Patriot. After the timing SNAFU being fixed I am very pleased.

I have 2 gigs of patriot 5300 in dual channel and it works great for me.
