That's a really tight budget is you plan on playing those rather CPU intensive games such as BF3/BF4 and DayZ.

Cheaper to order from Newegg.

Intel Pentium G3258 Haswell Dual-Core 3.2GHz LGA 1150 Desktop Processor BX80646G3258 - Newegg.com
ASUS H81M-K LGA 1150 Intel H81 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Newegg.com
Visiontek 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Black Label Desktop Memory Model 900408 - Newegg.com

$199

You won't be playing BF3 or 4 with a 9800GT.

The board and RAM should take you over budget since they are more expensive. There are no beneficial differences between the boards and the Crucial RAM is actually better than that Corsair.

And actually if you wanted to spend a bit more this dual channel kit would be the better buy over either of them.
