Partitioning My Hard Drive - Suggestions??

Ok I have a new 250GB SATA hard drive and I am wondering if you guys have any tips on how to partition it best. Right now it is empty except for Windows and my hardware drivers. I have the disk set up like this,

C: 8GB Partition - Windows XP and programs located here
D: 1.5GB Partition - This is where the Pagefile is
E: 240GB Partition - Empty, this is for storing everything else

Any suggestions on ways I could divide up the E: drive to increase performance or anything that I should change before I start to fill this disk up?

I think for any new partions it is best to enable compression helps lose some mpbs of space.

You could partion it into Music, Movies and Games. Or you could just create 3 seperate folders. Im not sure if there would be a noticible or any increase in speed.

don't compress it isn't worth it. your setup sounds pretty good. good idea having a partition for the pagefile that will keep things nice and neat with defrag's etc.
