My system runs stable at 155FSB w/ vCore 1.775. If I increase it to 156FSB it freezes after about 10-60 seconds of gaming, sometimes also in Windows. Also freezes with 1.8v.
Should I increase it more or will it fry my CPU? Default for my core is 1.75v.
Specs:
Cheap DDR400. Shouldn't have any problems running at 200MHz or less. Currently at 2-3-3-6 (SPD settings). Lowest possible custom setting is 2.5-3-3-6 I guess. Old MSI mobo cause I screwed my other one.
Palomino 1600+ (temps are fine, no matter what speed cause it's ****ing cold in this room)
Defaults: 1.75v, 133FSB, 10.5x MP, not unlocked.
1.4GHz default, currently at 155x10.5=1.63GHz.
GFX is running at default speeds, still freezes in games and sometimes windows. Leadtek Winfast TI4200 64RAM (speeds: 249,8/513Mhz)
Any suggestiong?
