Default p5e motherboard

how do I flash to the bios to rampage formula without a usb stick?

I only have cd's to burn to.
But I can't find anything but a .rom file...anyone know?

I'm pretty sure you can do it with a Floppy Drive too...

You put the rom on the Floppy , and flash.
