could u recommend me a budget build capable of doing that? my pc can't even run oblivion.... so waiting for a new sys

still aint gonna happen

8800GTX and x1950xtx only do around 30-50 even at lower resolutions...the game isn't very friendly.

you just have to turn down the detail settings...AA and AF (you can't run those with HDR enabled anyway if you are on a 7-series or earlier nvidia card)
