Overclocking my new computer

I just recently built a new system here are the specs

Pentium D 3.2 Dual Core Processor
Zalman CNPS9500 Heatsink
BFG Geforce 7900gtx
2 gb corsair xms ddr2 dual channel memory
Antec Super Lanboy with 2 120mm fans

Now the idle temp on my cpu hovers around 40 to 45 degrees celcius and my GPU hovers around 40 degress celcius. I was wondering how far do you think I could overclock my GPU and Processor without doing any damage to it? I'm asking this question im not very experienced with overclocking.

When your OCing, try to keep it under 60 C. I don't think you can do damage to it unless you try to jump it so high all at once. Just do small increments. Heres a nice guide...

What is the load temperature? Run Prime95 and watch the CPU temp increase with the software that came with your motherboard, otherwise search here for one.

60 is higher than I would like. Low 50's is better.

You can increase the CPU speed with out really affecting the CPU temp, aslong as you don't increase the voltage much.

When playing games such as Oblivion or Battlefield 2 on full settings the temps get to about 55 degress celcius on the cpu
