Default overclocking messup

right now, in my bios, my q6600 is set at 3.3 9x367
for some reason it keeps changing in windows from 9 multi to 6 back in forth. It does this constantly in everest and in cpuid

any ideas how to solve this

CPU Speed Changing? Speedstep and Cool and Quiet Technology Explained

or is it just happening in General? Because I thought you already knew what Speedstep is

disable EIST in your BIOS to end it

oh tahts right, just replaced my mobo and forgot to do that!!
