Default Overall performance

What hardware part makes the most difference in performance in computer games? Would it be the processor or video card? Or does it really just depend on how the game software is structured? I feel I have some pretty nice parts in my computer, but it seems it's still lacking the performance that it should be showing. I've thought about upgrading to the AMD64x2 AM2 6400+.

Default Re: Overall performance

well your gfx card at the moment is perfect. It means more in ways of graphics cards, but if either is real low, it will bottleneck
