Default OS for new computer

I just got a new PC built but it doesn't have an OS on it, so I was wondering if this would work [Windows XP Professional SP2]

Thats about 4.50. XP Home SP2 retails here for about 40-50 and it dosn't vary much across the world. So yeah I wouldn't give those guys a penny..or cent or dime or whatever
