Ok, putting together an Opti 165 / DFi Nf4 Ultra-D OC rig and the question is this....

Should I spend another $200.oo on an already over budget system and buy Win XP 64x pro....or will the WinXP Pro version that I already own suffice ?

Keep the 32-bit version.

The 64-bit ain't worth the headache of trying to find drivers that don't exist...
