Juice == Voltage.
Voltage == while Vcore is most important, the others voltages that it could be refering to are (But not Limited to) MCH Voltage, FSB Voltage and RAM Voltage.

Besides, I got a bad OCing CPU... Can't even get past 3.29 ghz without crazy voltages..
