There is a difference between them, I just don't Know it.

I am not completly sure of it, the one I bought had " V3.3" in its title. So I don't know..
Youd assume the newer version has an updated BIOS or some fixes. But again I don't Know them.

There are better overclocking boards. I dunnue like the newer 680Is or the DQ6's or something... Not that the 965P DS3 is a bad choice..

i think its a bios revision, to fix out the kinks from the original one as well as giving it more functionability

So rev. 1.3 has a slightly older audio chipset. That's seems to be about it, compared to 3.3...
