Opty Or x2

x2's are beccoming more limited as the months go on, and i can't seem to find 4400+'s anymore. so i came across this:

would that be a better solution? i'm going to stay 939 for awhile because i don't want to switch to AM2 or LGA775. i'm concerned about the low clock speed though. can you guys give me some advice?

Get the 3800 x2 its a great clocker it comes 2.0 and i have it at 2.5 stable with air cooling.If overclocking isnt an option then http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103626 here is a link to the 4400 on newegg.

The 165 is friggin' awesome. They overclock like mad (up to and sometimes beyond FX speeds), and have the 2 x 1MB cache that the 4400+ has.

I would go with the Opty 165 over the 4400.

yeah that's the reason i was leaning toward the 165, because of the cache. would i need a special BIOs because i know that the lanparty doesnt support it...right?
