Optical Sound and Water Cooling

I have a water cooled system, and I recently upgraded my sound system.
In doing this, I upgraded to optical sound for better quality with my new equiptment. But now there is a problem; the water cooling pump creates some kind of interference or noise with the sound because of the optical setup. (It makes a constant buzzing noise)

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
Is there a simple solution?

Move anything that mechnically moves away from the sound card.
