What is the difference between these drives:

[8X Blu-Ray] LG BLU-RAY Reader, DVD±R/±RW Burner Combo Drive

and

[8X Blu-Ray] LG BLU-RAY Re-Writer, DVD±R/±RW Burner Combo Drive BLU-RAY Burner

and what is Light scribe technology?
On ibuypower.com you can pick both of the blu-ray drives as optical drives and I want to take the [8X Blu-Ray] LG BLU-RAY Re-Writer, DVD±R/±RW Burner Combo Drive BLU-RAY Burner as the first drive and the [8X Blu-Ray] LG BLU-RAY Reader, DVD±R/±RW Burner Combo Drive as the second drive, would this make sense?

The second drive is a blu ray burner. Do you really need a blu ray burner or a blu ray drive for that matter.

If you need a burner I would put a regular dvd burner up top and the blu ray burner in the bottom. Use the top drive for everything but playing or burning blu ray disks to keep wear down on it.

Lightscribe lets you put an image on a blank disk.

What im looking for is for the top drive to play Blu-ray, CD, and DVD and for the bottom drive to burn CD, DVD, and Blu-ray. If I picked the two drives above would I be able to do that?

Yes you would. Do you need to burn blu ray to blu ray? Hence needing a player and a burner which will play as well.
