Default Optical Drive Help

Hey, I need some help on choosing a optical drive.

I dont really know much about Optical Drive's, but i would like some suggestions on which i can should get that meat the requirments i need.

I would like one thats able to run everything and burn CD/DVD at top speeds.

I need it to be SATA.

and by budget for it is about $30.

Pioneer and Plextor make the best drives in terms of speeds and quietness, also the most expensive. (NO I'M NOT NAGGING YOU ABOUT THE PRICE whoops all caps... too lazy to retype)

Good luck doing that, as I said they are relatively expensive, this is $31 though
