Default Opteron 180 vs. Athlon FX-57

Which one is better. the 180 is dual-core, and the only thing the FX-57 that the 180 dosent have is a 2.8ghz clock speed but overclocking can handle that. so which one is the better processor. not that im buying one because the price of the FX-57 is the budget of my new computer

You could pay alot less and get the same oc'ing results with the opteron 165.
