opinions wanted on budget build

Building this for a friends son on a rather tight budget, So all except for GPU has to be around $400 but maybe pushed to $450 with some expantion to add on later like more ram if ever needed. For a GPU I picked the GTX960 BUT I may sell them my 970 cheap and put it towed the 1070 when it comes out in June so no need for GPU suggestions, So here is the list so far. This for a 12 yr old saving his pennies, I'm just not used to budget builds, usually the builds I do are $800 and up so not sure about the CPU so if you have any better sugestions let me know. What's he using it for? That'll depict how good the Pentium will be for him. It's a fast chip.

Oh all out gaming lol played a little COD with him and got my *** handed to me lol but other than that not much else.

That was the plan going with 1151, It should do fine for a while and hopefully he won't need to upgrade for a while, Him working means Mom is paying LOL, She is the one wanting to put my 970 so he won't be wanting more any time too soon. I could probably do better selling but $250 is acceptable and Mom will be very appreciative LOL

250 is more than you'll get for it in a month trust me. 1151 is here for another year and a half it looks like so he's good there. Can get an i5 later and be set for like 5 years.
