Default Opinions on an upgrade

Please take a look a at my sig and give me some advice on my next upgrade.

From what I have read SLI is not the best way to go. Any comments?

Should I get a CPU or a Video Card? I am looking to get the high-end games (i.e. FEAR) to run on an average of 60-70 FPS. Currently FEAR runs at of 50 FPS (Min=38/Max=74).

What Video Card?

If a CPU, should I stick w/ dual core?

Thanks for looking.

I think your cpu is fine and money is best spent on the video card

Get a 7900gt ko, great card for the $ and can be overclocked to gtx speeds if you want.
