as peterhuang913 says, in spending so much on your rig, you should at least get pc2 6400 DIMMS.

Also occured to me that your PSU is a bit overkill. The Silencer is really good, but consequently right at the top of the price bracket, which is fine, but you don't need 750W for that rig. try the 610.

Do you really need the hot rack? especially with one HD.

Otherwise, looks a really good build, but theres a fair amount of room for shaving the price down if thats what you are interested in.
 
There's no need for the Crucial 6400...the 5300 clocks just as high....but you picked the wrong memory for clocking. You want the Crucial Ballistix 5300.

Mine did 1200mhz 5,5,5,15

Also that's a freaking expensive PSU and IMO there's no need to pay that much.

No seriously though, I have no idea about relative overclockbility, so trust gurusan over me. But yeah Ballistix (I read Crucial and just assumed it was ballistix).
