Default Opinion on this PSU

I was looking and 450w at that price, it looks fairly well built and the review said it was good but. Is ePOWER a trusted company in PSU? I was also looking at the 430w Rosewill but in my mind Even though i know 430w is enough for my system i kinda just want that 450w.

You can either tell me if its not a good psu or is OR

make me re-assure myself that 430w is plenty enough for my set-up and gives me a little room to upgrade later.

P965 Mobo
2x120mm fans
1 80mm fan
1 Optical drive
1 250gb SATA HD

I would use a calculator but when it comes to PSU's they are my weak spot in knowledge and i can't use those **** calucators either.
