I believe the general consensus is that ATITool > RivaTuner, even for nVidia cards. Please don't flame if you use something else. =P

tried running ATi and it didnt work. drivers failed to installed. Pfft stupid windows vista 64 bit. ahhh lolz.

... I never honestly noticed a improvement in anything when overclocking my cpu. Maybe when Folding, but my gpu on the other hand. my average fps in cod2 raised by roughly 4 or 5....

OMG WOW!!!!! OCed my GPU from Core Bus 513Mhz/Memory Bus 792 to 560/852 and heres what I got.........

3GHz CPU OC'ed with stock GPU - Futuremark - ORB - Result Analyzer
