Which one should I upgrade?

I don't know if you can get a gfx/mobo combo for under $350 that will beat what you have rite now, save a 7900GT and a mobo. However, why don't you save up some more, and wait for nVidia to release the G80 line. Even if you can't afford one of the G80 cards, prices of "current-gen" cards will drop, alowing you to get a nicer mobo and video card.

ill think about doing that, although i never heard anything about nvidia's new line of cards.
