I don't think you'd need that much power. You could get the Corsair 850w and you should be fine.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. In this situation, I would either choose the one that fits your color scheme or the cheapest. I see most people going for the 1000HX though.

Besides, I don't see how you figure the Enermax PSUs are "clearly the best".

I would go Corsair or PC Power and Cooling.

Pick whatever wattage you feel you need.

Enermax PSUs are very good but I don't understand why you are changing. Whatever you have now is clearly working and if it is the 750W corsair you have in your pics then that should be fine.
