Default one 8800ultra/gtx or two 8800gt's?

What will give me better performance? A single 8800ultra or gtx or two 8800gt's in sli? They would cost about the same amount of money.

they are both about the same price....the GT's outperform the Ultra by a small margin..

i'd still rather have a single Ultra. i pulled a 16.5k 3dmark06 with mine. and its PLENTY for gaming

Ultras in SLI FTMFW

lets see some pics of your case...i'm running a 680i and Ultra in a Antec 900

Id rather have 1 powerful card over two less powerful cards as well. But 2 8800 GT's would outperform an ultra.

ultra is the best card out right now.
But if you already hav a sli mobo, then go with 2 8800gt's.

Having two cards is more impressive than one to the people who dont even know you can have two video cards working together.
