Default Which one?

I am debating between a single ATI X1900 512mb Crossfire or 2 GeForce 7800GTX's 256mb SLI'd.

Which one do you all think would be the better pick?

I'm not sure about benchmarks or anything, but I'd be willing to bet the x1900 might be a better deal for your cash. SLI is a money pit. It doesn't offer twice the performance like they lead on.

I would def go with the ATI between the 2. Irish said you dont get the performance from SLI like they lead you to believe.

However i would wait for the new Nvidia Cards before making a solid choice. I think its march when they are supposed to be out. Then checkout the benchmarks from the new Nvidia and the X1900's
