corsair 520hx for $71 after MIR, i'm totally getting this instead of xclio greatpower 550, its better right?

Its a great deal, supposedly modular pwoer supplies have more resistence, but thats a great deal./

I got my pc power and cooling for 130 off PCPC website

ClubIT has some really good deals, on some items. That's a nice find Invisible.

Deadpixel...yes it's modular, and yes, there is a bit of resistance. But Corsair's power supplies are of excellent quality, and the resistance should be minuscule.

pretty good efficiency rating (according to corsair)...over 85% on 50% load, nothin wrong with that.
i've been wanting a new psu ( i dont really know why lol another impulse buy).

What does resistance mean when the word is applied to a psu?

im not too sure. but i think it is the resistance of how flowing current through the psu. its measured in ohms.

amperage x ohms = amount of voltage needed to push through the resistance(ohms)
