Default Omega Drivers

Hey guys i have an ATI Radeon X700 PRO PCI-E video card and i've installed the latest drivers from ATI. I've heard rumors about these custom drivers from Omega. Are they worth downloading? Will i get a noticeable performance increase if i switch from the Catalyst ATI drivers to Omega ones? If anybody knows anything about the topic, i'd love to hear it. Thanks!
