This will outperform both of the heat sinks you posted.

But if your mind is set on one for the two you posted id go with the gemini with some high cfm fans

The Sycthe Mine is around your right price range and also very good for the money. Or even the Arctic Freezer Pro 7 is about 20 bucks on i cant remember which site and it cools just as well.

No there was another site that had it for 20 while SVC has it for like you said 24 bucks...i mean thats not a lot but still someone posted the link before.

oh yea it was ewiz. Not much but 2 bucks cheaper. It's an amazing cooler for that much cash.
