Default ok I need help with my files

OK i just got done downloading some dvd's (anime) via. an unknown source *cough* torrents *cough* and I have a file called an ogm and I have powerdvd but how do I p[lay this file or do I have to download some codecs?

I also got a file that is a video clip and it won't open in either powerdvd or windows media player. What do I need to do to get this one to work?

What programs do you guys have on your computers that can play ALL files or is there a way I can set it up so one program can play all including files like OGM and stuff like that.
