office pc buy or build?

Hi i have a coworker that i help out clean out her laptop and wants me to help her get a decent office desktop for her hubby.
should she just get some premade desktop for like 400ish or less since is only for office use
and web?
im trying to save her money cuz if i build one i think ill cost a bit more.
i guess i can always sell her the i3 2100 with H61M-P31 mobo thats on my holy crap pc backup lol for like $50 and use that x6 1100t and crosshair v formula that i have in a box for my backup pc. my holy crap pc is on a little case right i can just give her that case she'll still need a psu, hard drive, cd drive and ram.
what do you guys think?

Does it need everything like the monitor and peripherals? If so, probably better to hit up Walmart.

she just needs the tower thats it.

ill let her know shes better off buying something already built off the store for what she needs it for.
