Odd Fan Problem..

Not sure wehn this thread was started since i found it in a search but i have a lexa and had the same problem. My fans were plugged into the port on my PSU that controls the speed based on the temp. Evidently it doesn't suppy enough power to start the fans so i had to give them a little "boost" too. Hope this was your problem.

Fans usually take between double or triple the specified amps to start it. If your PSU's 12v rail doesn't have enough amps, then it won't have enough juice to start the fans. Try disconnecting one fan, and see if the PSU can start the other.

hook em to the mobo, you should get enough juice there. testies, testies, 1...2... 3??? testies... if it works then you know something about your PSU that you didn't know. :p
