OCZ is one of the best for overclocking but nothing is guaranteed.

Opty @ 2.2 = 244 FSB x 9

So your hoping for your 200Mhz ram to push out 244Fsb? Id say that could be possible, worth a try.

on OCZ premier you will probably have to loosen the timings a fair bit. stuff like OCZ gold would be able to hit that at stock latencies.

Just set a memory divider, you could do that with Corsair ValueSelect. 244HTT would be no problem.
