Default OCZ EL Platinum Revision 2 or Patriot xblk?

I want to upgrade my memory and I only have around $160 to do so. I was thinking about one of those two up there. Here are the links for both

Both of their timings are 2-2-2-5 but I am not sure what one would be better. A side question do you think I will be able to play BF2 basically maxed out with one of those memory kits, an amd 3700+ and a 7800gt?

OCZ have confirmed that they are now using TCC5 ICs in all recent memory modules they're shipping out now...I still don't really know the exact different between these and the TCCDs, some people are saying they're the same thing or that they're just overstock but the newer Rev2s are definetely performing much worse than older Rev2s

Nubius recently RMA'd some XBLs and I'm pretty sure they're still TCCD but it's pretty much entirely luck now...I'd say the XBLs would be the better choice

OCZ keeps insisting that the TCC5s produce higher yields of 2-2-2 timings compared to TCCDs but you can't really trust a company from their own opinion of their products

Please note that if you have no intention of overclocking these chips save your money and get some value memory with cheaper ICs as neither will prevent you from maxing out games
