Whats the difference between

and

http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_ddr_pc_3200_value_series-cas_2_5-dual_channel

looks like they've just put a heatsink on it, suppose that its worth the extra $10 (Australian )

The one with the heatsink has tighter timings 2.5, 3, 3, 7 where as the one with out is 2.5 4 4 8. Go with the ones with the heatsinks on (it looks better as well.)
