Wow, I bought these back in July 09 for $95 and now they are at $205!

Yep, I bought my 4gb Gskill ddr2 800 for ~$60, now they're $105.

They underestimated the uptake of DDR3, how can they ever make a profit when such a new (now current) generation costs so little? If you introduce a new product at $95 for 6GB (which is what i bought my Corsair for, SOO lucky i did), when will you ever make a real profit?

The price is as much as the market can bare now.
