Not necessarily. Some memory is only rated up to 2.0 or 2.1 Look up your memory and find out what the recommended voltage range on it is.

edit, didnt realize he posted on the last page, heh. Yes ballistix need to be set to +.4 on the ds3 board.

edit2. Also, i bumped my FSB by +.2v also just to make sure it ran 400mhz stable.
