Default OC Memory

fairly easy question, how do i overclock my memory? i feel as though im letting this low latancy RAM go to waste w/o overclocking it... also, how do i set the timings in the BIOS (aka, what does each mean?)
my specs are in my sig

EDIT: sorry, didnt realize theres an oc'ing section .... mod can move, but i would still like an answer

yes, and actually i had to get some help from here because i did it wrong, i set it too high or something... got the timings wrong, idk
