And if you are going to get an x850xt(pe) you might want to adjust how the fans work, because if I remember correctly they are set horribly.

Speed - hmm, maybe, depends on the game and settings. noise - mine is very reasonable quiet with the Arctic Cooler. heat - depends on your cooling solution ( Arctic Cooler & AS5 work great for me) power comsumption - yes, they do have a 4-pin power connector. * If you look at my rig at the bottom, it only uses about 275 watts.
