nvidia chipset w/ ati card

im getting a dfi nf4 ultra-d mobo....but i am getting a sapphire radeon x850xl vid card...

am i doing the wrong thing to mix-match nvidia chipset with an ati card? will i lose any performance, that i could have with a geforce card?

No, actually they run alittle better. So there is no performance lose between a Nvidia Chipset and ATi GPU.
