Default Nvidia 8600M

Hey guys,
I'm going to upgrade my gfx card in my laptop as it is now my primary computer, however i can't find any shops which sell the Nvidia 8600M, which is the one I want. I live in Australia so if anyone could me reference to a shop which does sell these. I've checked on ebay and a few other sites and couldn't scratch anything up.
Or if someone from any country could give me a rough price on what it is looking like costing me.

*Sorry Edit*
I was just having a look at the ATI website and I see they have released the new HD 2600XT, so a price on that would be good too, also which do you rekons better?

Thanks heaps.
