Go with the $349 one, it has a special lifetime warrenty that will replace the card for free even if you kill it with overclocking. Also they even let you install aftermarket coolers on it without voiding the warrenty, so long as you keep the original.

i thought all EVGA products had a lifetime warranty?

look at their website only ones with like AX DX and LX endings have lifetime warranties
