i know this might sound stupid but what is the diffrence?they all have the same specs...why they have diffrent prices..?

Yep some have slightly faster clock speeds, also prices can vary such as MSI always bundle software and games with thiers. And EVGA are a great brand and reliable.

If your planning on getting that for the free COD2, then your out of luck. eVGA's supplies of COD2 ran out, i dont know about xfx's supplies.

the 319$$ one is very nice and it even comes with a copper heatsink
