A X1900XT/X will work fine with a SLI motherboard, but you can't put two in because they use crossfire and you have to have a crossfire chipset in your motherboard but the one you have is a SLI chipset. I too already have a SLI motherboard but I'm still getting a X1900XT.

But a 4800+ would be a much more logical choice then going with the FX-60.

well yea, but why would you spend that much money when the G80 is coming out this summer. A 7900GTX or X1900XT will max out games for a while, and then you can take the 500 or 600 dollars you saved and buy a G80/R600 that should be coming out later this year.
