Question Noob question..sorry but is the AC7 / 64 water cooled?

I was looking at the AC64 (I have an AMD 64) and I saw the prongs or whatever coming off the sides of the fan..Just wondering because I was going to buy this but I dont have any water cooling or whatever..

No it's not, those are just copper heat pipes that bring the heat up from the base and spread it to the aluminum fins

lol yeah those are heatpipes. They do have a fluid inside them though that evaporates at the heatsource, moves up the pipe where it's cooled by the aluminum fins...and then once cold enough it turns back into a liquid and drops back down to the heatsource where it evaporates again...and the cycle continues
