No Nothing on Startup Please HELP!!!

Ok so my 4th computer build and i run into my first uhoh. I got everything installed everything seemed fine for a while then it started to freeze. I had downloaded the latest driver from invidia. That was the only thing different I did. Now computer won't even boot up. When I push the power button the led on my monitor will blink on then off. Everything inside has been tripple checked as far as connections. I thought it could be mob so installed a brand new mobo also. tried two different power supplies. All of these things and I have no luck. Please Help!!!!! What is going on that it wont even boot up!

so you get absolutely nothing? or it just won't boot windows? if it just won't boot windows then it is most likely a driver problem. try booting into safe mode. if that works then remove the drivers.

I get absolutely nothing! When I turn it on it does turn on. But no bios or anything nothing at all. Just screen led blinks!
