My friend has a ATi x800 256mb card and he can run BF2 on high settings at 1024x768 with 4x AA and still get 60+ FPS.

He has a AMD Athlon 3500+ with 2GB DDR333 RAM.

If you can get the money to splurge on a x1900xt, then do it, i highly recommend.

I live in Australia! a 7900GT is $850 and X1900XT is $1190. SOOOOOOOO sad, why did i have to be born in the most expensive country on earth!

i don't know where you got that figure from. that is around the price of the 7900gtx and the x1900xtx can be had for about the same. 7900gt goes for around $500-$600 if you look around.
