Next Possible Upgrade

i build my system around Christmas time and i already feel that its time to upgrade littler thing for upcoming dx10 games and to better run games like fear cs:s dod:s and others i just need to know a second opinion my current specs are:

C2D e6300 stock ghz
Thermal take soprano case
WD caviar 160GB EIDE hd
BFG TECH OC 7950GT
Corsair XMS2 2X512
Gigabyte 965-G mobo
Cooler max 500W sli psu


im just wondering what i should upgrade should i get a second gig of ram or go for a BFG Tech 320MB 8800GTS

You should get a second gig of ram but upgrading the video card to the 8800gts 320 would be pointless right now since it's performance would be basically the same as your 7950gt if not worse and since there aren't any DX10 games out yet, you might as well wait for the prices to drop.
